Add a CommentWe check this book out for each of my girls' birthdays. I have read it to their classes when we bring in birthday treats. The kids especially love hearing it in my attempted western accent for Grandma and Grandad. Sweet story about homemade gifts, and how we try to make the very best for those closest to our hearts.
This is a fun book to read aloud. I love the fact that Grandma is held in such high regard, and is loved so much that Grandpa bakes her a "Whopper Cake" on her birthday.
This was a really FUN, book. Great timing for the rhymes and an entertaining story as well.
