Add a CommentBetter than the last but, not as good as the books in the start of the series. I still have to read them. Ha ha!
I love the Stephanie Plum series, but this one was kind of 'eh' for me. It kept me engaged, but didn't thrill me like some of her previous books have. The one thing I am DYING to know is who Stephanie ends up choosing! Morelli all the way, cupcake!
A guilty pleasure. Reading for just the fun of it.
was my first book of the serie. enjoyable a n easy read. the grandma is funny . but really these girls , are they real ....a bit too much blowing of cars etc. but OK .
Enjoyable, funny read. Charming Plum and fellow characters always keep your interest although endless unresolved romantic triangle is annoying.
This is the best of the Stephanie Plum books. Stephanie is once again broke and i need of a way to pay her rent. Oh boy, does this work. If everything goes right, she has away to replace her car, pay her rent and delay the main decision in her life. Don't forget to read this one!!!
More of the same. I keep J E's books on my night table for my just before sleeping read. Her books are light, fun and don't take much thought. A "comfort" book. It's like eating popcorn or some other favourite snack.... not too filling but it hits the spot.
I thought this was her best effort in a while. The laughs are back! Grandma & Lula are as funny as ever and I decided I don't care who she dates as long as the fun is in there somewhere. Great escape!
Same old exploding cars. Same old Morelli VS Ranger debate. Nothing ever changes in Evanovich’s Stephanie Plum series. Yet somehow despite the predictable storylines and characters, I still enjoy reading them. Because sometimes it’s just fun to escape real life with a little fluff.
No wonder I keep looking forward to the next number. Great, as always!
