I agree with jdavid55, Graystripe is awesome! I don't understand why Firestar wouldn't choose a new deputy, though, and I still don't understand the whole "Fire and Tiger" thing.

What's so bad 'bout Graystripe? I actually think he's one of my favorites.

(Spoiler Alert) Otulissa, Graystripe comes back in Power of Three

The parts when the cats mentioned dead Feathertail broke my heart, especially when Stormfur told Graystripe. My favourite part is when Crowpaw becomes Crowfeather and Leafpaw sees Feathertail and Silverstream watching him.

I LOVE the warrior series. I especially loved this book. I feel so bad for the clans and the forest being destroyed by twolegs and all that. But I think this would probably be my favourite book (except for Sunrise). I feel happy for the clans when they find a new home by the lake. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERIES TO ALL THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW IT! The first book is ''Into the wild'' for all those who want to start reading. I recommend this book!

"Crowpaw has served his Clan with loyalty and bravery. He should have recieved his warrior name long ago, but the tragedies of the past moons have prevented this. Tonight, if Stoneteller will do me the kindness of letting a Clan ceremony into his Tribe's home, I wish to honour Crowpaw's great skill and courage by giving him his warrior name." -Tallstar "May I ask something, Tallstar? I would like to choose my own warrior name. If it is all right, I wish to be known as Crowfeather. I wish to keep the memory alive of... of the cat who did not return from the first journey."-Crowpaw

"A new sound sliced through the air, a screeching, high-pitched whine, and one Twoleg raised a massive shiny forepaw that flashed in the brilliant lights."
