Too many people featured, should've focused on less people but elaborated on their stories. Also, there are some disturbing parts, i.e. the extremists who express their views on religion and homosexuality.

We enjoyed this but were disappointed not to know where some of the longer segments were filmed - apart from comments by people ("here I am in Chicago" "I've made it to Kathmandu" etc), there was no knowing where in the world you were looking at. Many delightful segments, some touching, some funny. None of us (two female, one male) could stomach the slaughterhouse scene, which is interwoven with all the "work" scenes (starts with women, likely somewhere in Africa, grinding a crop with big sticks and singing in counterpoint to each other) - if you have delicate sensibilities, you might want to ffwd as we did! (same with the goat slaughtering scene which comes later) Nicely done but I agree with howardpoole, below - more could have been done with it. Still, overall it was very pleasing and neat to watch, and made us wonder what we'd all been doing on July 24, 2010....

Interesting concept, but I found it lacked in substance ( especially considering the number of videos hours which were recorded for this film- but not used)

This is a very interesting film. Pay attention to the Bonus features to learn more about how the film was actually made...this adds to the value of the film. Well worth seeing.
