Add a CommentThom Yorke and Radiohead have been on a roll with the theme of alienation. It's time for a change. Still, this is a great album. Codex is one of the most beautiful songs they've ever done.
It's hard to know how to truthfully rank this album- is it an "average" Radiohead album, or an excellent on its own terms? I decided for the latter as, in the end, I liked it but felt it was very much another stop on the continuum that started with Kid A.
