The cover of this book looked more interesting than the book. from the very beginning the book seemed boring, and I felt like it rushed into things too quickly.

This was a great book! Meridian is a very relatable, real character, and the storyline was good and fast paced. The subject of being a Fenestra was a new one for me, and I really enjoyed this book. The ending was probably my favorite part. I recommend this book for those of you who like supernatural stories, but are sick of vampires. This is also the first book of a series, and the second book will be coming out later this year, and the third book is currently being written.

This is like one of my all time favorite books right now. The cover looks all gothic and kinda creepy but DO NOT JUDGE THIS BOOK BY ITS COVER!

Good, but... lacking. There was nothing wrong with it, and it was worth my time, but the umph that brings a book past four stars wasn't present.
