Really great book that I felt offered a good insight to differing political systems and also on the topic of human cloning. Very good read.

I read the first 200 pages in one sitting. The characters have a lot of depth and some of them are truly evil. The interesting thing is that the author introduces many of them to you through the eyes of a young boy, so you don't always see it coming. She also provides backstory to them so you understand where these characters come from and what events and choices in their lives have made them who they are. This story is fascinating.

I read this book, and loved it. The beginning was weird but fascinating.... well the entirety of the book is like that haha! But anyway, I didn't enjoy the ending as much as I thought I would but it was still awesome and exhilarating :) a fantastic read!

Took me about a week or a little bit more to finish reading it. I enjoyed this book and I was thrilled when Matt was told that he wasn't a clone. I recommend this book to any one who is interested in doing something in their spare time.

One of the greatest books I've ever read period.

A book full of great ideas written out perfectly. The plot captured me just as much as the characters.

The House Of The Scorpion - One of my very favourite books; I have now read it five times. This was the book that got me into reading back in April 2010. I went on to read all of Nancy Farmer's books. By July 2013, I had read over 350 books and counting. Doctor-at-Bass! T. A.
