The only person who seemed worth getting to know was the fortune hunting fortune teller, but her role went nowhere.

Typical Woody Allen with relationships gone haywire and many secrets we know but the characters don't. Fairly entertaining and mostly good acting directing etc. Better than most movies I see.

The pits. Ugly cinematography, bad acting, a script that goes nowhere... until a demolition derby of cheap ironies is your idea of somewhere. Brolin, in particular, was a total embarrassment -- maybe the worst performance ever in an Allen film.

A not so great Allen film.

Classic Woody Allen More twists and turns than a kayak down river in a slalom race. Ending sort of like Marigold Hotel. Would be great to watch a second time if a person could forget the multiple endings

An excellent movie, similar to "Match Point" and "Cassandra's Dream", but not as dark.

This one did not leave me wanting more. Freida was the eye candy- and nothing more. Disappointing story.

Pointless and muddled, with whiny characters and farce-like situations that are set into motion, then completely abandoned. The uneven tone plays out like someone who's changed his mind mid-stream: set up his jokes, and then never bothered to write the punchlines. It also employs one of Allen's most pernicious character types: the stupid, cheap hooker who is nothing but a trash can where he throws his most misogynistic impulses. Sloppily written, badly constructed, unfunny. Not just a misfire--a disaster.

Woody Allen's morose side with good cast portraying people who feel trapped in marriages. After they split they find that just maybe it wasn't so bad after all and they're too old to start over, and they can't go back. Even worse, there's no resolution to life or this sad little film, so it just stops...

Hopkins, Watts, Brolin, Banderas, and Jones star in a light comedy by Woody Allen. A lot of people break up and fall for new spouses or potential spouses. Not all that interesting.
